is it 9:56am and we are pushing, and making progress. The baby has hair, you can feel it, but it isn’t crowning yet. Still some time to go on that one. But heart rate remains the same, mom is maintaining her energy level (which is amazing to me, since she hasn’t slept in over 24 hours and has been having contracts steadily since 1pm or so)(and I know that some people have labor for days, but I wasn’t there.)
So nothing to report yet. We used the birthing stool. We have tried lots of positions. We are in the pool now. It is all working nicely.
Great job Rebecca…you’re on the home stretch…and don’t worry about not having any sleep. You won’t sleep again until baby goes off to college! We love you both and are so proud of you.
In the pool? The maintenance staff at the Super 8 is going to be really upset with you. hehe
